BPO and ITES industry

The sun rise industry of Indian BPO and ITES industry is fast growing but no support in sight. Universities, colleges are not sure whether to prepare man power for this man-power intensive business or industry.
The universities and institutions are teaching history and ancient culture but are reluctant to teach BPO Business Process Outsourcing as a course at college or university level. NASSCOM did made some noise about its NAC National accredited certification, but no one knows where have the NASSCOM efforts could really reach.
The industry has become a training industry too. Every company that wants to survive has to develop its own manpower this way and that way. The guzzlers of national exchequer, who survive on tax payers money, and most tax now is paid by IT industry enjoy in relaxed no work. What is this nationalism, that the teachers, educationists, surviving on tax payers money are just sleeping under banyan tree of old useless courses and waiting to get more pay without taking any challenging task to buiold the new nation, and its computer economy?
How sad and selfish these 'Kam-Chors"are?

Software Martyres

Business accounting software, in recent market situations, is being crafted to the client specifications. The time to use Tally, a Tata product in all business accounting firms are replacing fast. This has created a new opportunities to the Computer Science and Engineering graduates who are yet to get a proper job. The Indian software industry which serves almost entirely to the USA, UK and European software companies, is not serving the Indian industry needs. It is strange paradigm, like fish is thirsty in water abundant, the software user in Indian business is equally thirsty if not dying of high cost software solutions. The young and smart Computer engineering professionals during their early assignments that they do with small companies in small town do fill in this gap. And in the process prepare themselves for big, shining names of software companies.

These smaller software organizations are doing a remarkable job for the Business of country and for the big companies serving USA UK and European markets.

But in this process their income and are badly loosing. They are making so many losses that they wind up fast.. After serving the needs of manufacturing, trading and service industry, they die. It is nothing but a martyrdom.
